Medical help

Our clients and their loved ones can make appointments with a nurse at the harm reduction centres operated by Convictus at Lastekodu and Plasti Streets in Tallinn. You can turn to them for:

  • counselling on both physical as well as mental health issues and troubles;
  • taking blood pressure, checking the pulse and measuring blood oxygen levels (SPO2);
  • receiving naloxone and relevant training;
  • receiving saline solution;
  • receiving wound care.

Additionally, rapid testing for hepatitis C or HIV is provided. For those who have questions about the drugs they have used (for example, if what they took was actually what they thought they were taking), rapid post-consumption drug screening is provided. In case of need, over-the-counter medicines (analgesics, antipyretics, wound salves, etc.) are available.

The nurse is friendly, doesn’t judge and doesn’t shirk from any questions or problems, so feel free to come to them with anything to do with your health!

Service is free for everyone and anonymous!
